This includes direct communications, project parameters submitted via our secure portals, and anonymized telemetry data utilized solely to optimize platform performance. We do not engage in unauthorized scraping or covert data acquisition.

All client data, intellectual property, and strategic communications are vaulted using military-grade AES-256 encryption. Our primary servers are distributed across secure nodes, ensuring redundancy and protection against localized failures.

Access to sensitive project files is restricted by rigorous zero-trust authentication protocols, available only to cleared personnel actively assigned to your project grid.

Harvex Studio does not sell, rent, or voluntarily lease your data to external entities. Information is only shared with trusted sub-processors (e.g., hosting providers, deployment pipelines) under strict NDAs and only when technically catastrophic to operate otherwise.

In the event of a legally binding mandate from an authorized jurisdiction, we will comply only to the absolute minimum extent required by law, and will initiate immediate communication with the affected client if legally permissible.
