Engagement Rules.
EFFECTIVE DATE: February 21, 2026
1. Acceptance of Architecture
By instructing Harvex Studio to commence the development, design, or auditing of your digital assets, you agree to be bound by these operational parameters. If you do not agree to all terms, deployment cannot proceed.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon final deployment and full receipt of financial compensation, the custom frontend code, UI designs, and specific architectures created for your project are entirely transferred to your jurisdiction.
Harvex Studio retains the right to display the completed systems (or portions thereof) in our portfolio grid, and retains ownership of any pre-existing proprietary libraries or boilerplate engines utilized to construct the final product.
3. System Limitations & Liability
We engineer for absolute resilience; however, the digital frontier is inherently volatile. Harvex Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime initiated by third-party hosting, unexpected API deprecations, or unauthorized breaches occurring outside our developed ecosystem.
Our maximum liability for any critical system failure directly attributable to our codebase is limited to the total compensation received for the specific project module in question.
These parameters are subject to iterative compilation.
